Big Way (Ackroyd) — Brand Consistency & Reimagined Atmosphere

Located in the competitive culinary hub of Richmond, the Ackroyd project focused on building "Brand Premium." During this commercial old-space transformation, we used wood-slat facades and recessed linear lighting to convert an aging storefront into a modern, high-end destination. The design prioritizes a wider selection aisle and uses visual cues to physically separate the queuing area from the dining section. This thoughtful flow planning enhances privacy and allows this bustling hot pot spot to offer an ambiance comparable to fine dining. For the interior finishings, we leveraged our supply chain to achieve the visual texture of marble and solid wood using high-performance, cost-effective alternative materials.
