Situated near the Brentwood SkyTrain hub, the Gilmore location is a textbook example of fast-paced commerce. We utilized an "Intuitive Guidance" mode in the commercial design, using floor textures and lighting color temperatures to allow first-time customers to navigate the entire process without assistance. During the renovation phase, we faced a tight grand-opening deadline. The Right Rock team utilized standardized interior construction workflows to complete utility upgrades and space restructuring in record time. We not only optimized the back-of-house flow for staff to clear tables faster but also significantly reduced the owner’s vacancy costs through high-efficiency project management.
