Big Way (Lougheed) — Modular Reorganization of Irregular Spaces

The Lougheed site was an irregularly shaped commercial unit with numerous awkward corners and structural pillars. Right Rock’s design team turned these structural weaknesses into visual highlights through a "Modular Layout" solution. During the renovation, we designed a curved self-selection counter that follows the building’s contours, guiding customers naturally. This flow not only dissolves the cramped feeling of the space but also creates more display surfaces. By using precise layering of wall colors and lighting, we masked the aging traces of the previous construction. While ensuring top-tier quality, we balanced the renovation cost with visual impact through rigorous material waste management.
