Y&Y Construction's design approach focuses on balancing minimal visual language with practical daily function. The apartment needs to feel refined and open, while still supporting cooking, storage, display and private bedroom use within a compact high-rise footprint.

The living area, dining zone and kitchen island are organized around the window wall and waterfront view. Clear sightlines, low-profile furniture and integrated lighting help the main room feel spacious without adding unnecessary decoration.

Light flooring, pale cabinetry, stone-look counters and display shelving create a soft modern atmosphere. Storage and display moments are integrated into the kitchen and living areas so the apartment remains clean, functional and visually calm.

The bedroom continues the same restrained palette with warm flooring, soft daylight and minimal furniture. This gives the private area a quiet, restful feeling while staying connected to the overall apartment design language.
