Vancouver Multiplex Residential Design — Compact Living Flow

3028 E 56th Ave is a Vancouver multiplex residential design project planned around modern exterior massing, efficient unit layouts and a warm interior palette. The design balances street-facing architectural presence with practical suite planning, giving each unit a clear living, cooking, sleeping and bathing sequence within a compact footprint.

Y&Y Construction's design approach focuses on making the multi-unit concept feel coherent from the outside and comfortable at the scale of daily residential use. Exterior glazing, balconies, interior kitchens, bathrooms and rooftop amenity areas are treated as one connected residential design system.

Modern Exterior and Multi-Unit Identity

The exterior renderings use a contemporary composition of vertical glazing, dark frames and warm balcony elements to give the building a clear residential identity. The massing communicates multiple homes while maintaining a unified architectural expression from the street.

Compact Interior Planning

Inside the units, the living, dining and kitchen areas are planned as open, connected rooms. Light wood cabinetry, pale surfaces and simple furniture make the spaces feel bright and usable without requiring unnecessary square footage.

Outdoor Amenity and Everyday Comfort

The rooftop terrace concept adds another layer of livability to the project. Outdoor seating, planting and fire-table moments create shared amenity value while supporting a more complete residential lifestyle.
