Six-Unit Residential Interior Design — Compact Suite Planning

3538 W 43rd Ave is a Vancouver six-unit residential interior design project focused on compact suite planning, warm neutral finishes and repeatable residential details. The interior concept connects living, dining and kitchen functions in an efficient open layout while keeping bedrooms and bathrooms calm, bright and easy to maintain.

Y&Y Construction's design approach emphasizes consistency across units without making the homes feel generic. Light wood cabinetry, pale stone-look surfaces, soft lighting and restrained wall details create a clean residential language that can be repeated across multiple suites.

Open Living and Kitchen Integration

The main living area combines lounge seating, dining and kitchen functions into one connected room. This helps each suite feel more spacious while giving residents a clear everyday sequence for cooking, eating and relaxing.

Warm Neutral Bedroom Planning

Bedroom concepts use warm flooring, soft wall colors, integrated storage and simple bedside details. The result is a calm private zone that feels comfortable without relying on heavy decorative gestures.

Efficient Bathrooms and Repeatable Details

Bathroom layouts use pale tile, wood vanities and simple fixtures to support durability and easy maintenance. The design language is clear enough to repeat across multiple units while still feeling polished.
