In the Gang Shang Hua restaurant project, Y&Y Construction successfully delivered a visually striking and fully functional Chinese dining space. Our focus extended beyond surface-level decoration, aiming to reconstruct an authentic Oriental aesthetic through rigorous hard renovation techniques. Architectural Expression of Cultural Ambiance: The space features extensive use of dark wood slats and rustic grey brick finishes. Through precision joinery and expert edging, we established a solid, classical foundation within a modern commercial unit. The iconic oversized red lantern installations are seamlessly integrated with a professional track lighting system, achieving a perfect balance between dramatic atmosphere and functional commercial illumination. Spatial Layout and Structural Delivery: From the structural framing of the main entrance to the secure installation of decorative dining partitions, our team pursued excellence in every structural connection. Addressing the high demands of a hot pot restaurant—such as ventilation, durability, and sanitation—we prioritized non-slip flooring treatments and high-performance wall materials. This ensures the space maintains its premium sensory appeal while offering exceptional durability for long-term commercial operations.
