Big Way Richmond — Brand Energy & Self-Serve Restaurant Planning
Big Way Hot Pot Richmond is a commercial restaurant renovation shaped around a recognizable brand environment and an efficient self-serve hot pot journey. The design uses red feature surfaces, lantern lighting, booth seating and ingredient display planning to create a dining space that feels energetic, direct and easy to navigate.
Y&Y Construction's commercial renovation approach keeps customer flow, service visibility and finish durability at the center of the project. The restaurant needs to work for first-time guests, returning customers and staff during peak hours, so the layout emphasizes clear movement from entry to display, checkout and seating.
Recognizable Brand Interior
The red feature wall and graphic dining-room elements create a strong Big Way identity without requiring complicated decorative layers. This gives the Richmond location an immediate visual impression while keeping the main service zones practical and maintainable.
Ingredient Display and Dining Efficiency
For a self-serve hot pot format, the display counter is both a customer decision point and an operational tool. Clear counter placement, visible food presentation and open circulation help reduce confusion and support faster table turnover.
