Integrated Tool Storage & Display System: The centerpiece of the project is the expansive embedded backlit display wall. Designed as a high-capacity storage solution for nail tools, polishes, and creative merchandise, it combines custom millwork with integrated LED strips. This setup ensures even lighting for easy access while presenting a clean, professional organizational aesthetic to clients. Functional Spatial Reconfiguration: Understanding the sanitation and durability requirements of a nail salon, our team prioritized high-performance hard finishes. From custom-fitted workspaces with easy-to-clean surfaces to a dedicated staff utility area with professional plumbing and MEP integration, every detail was engineered to support seamless daily operations. Comprehensive Exterior & Interior Delivery: Beyond the interior, we executed the precise installation of the brand’s illuminated signage and exterior facade reinforcements. By utilizing a light-toned, moisture-resistant material palette and sharp architectural lines, Y&Y Construction transformed this unit into a bright, sterile, and premium workspace ready for immediate business launch.
