To address high rents and limited square footage, the Right Rock team adopted a minimalist commercial renovation style. We removed unnecessary non-load-bearing walls and utilized open ceilings to increase visual depth. In terms of the renovation details, we optimized a "Grab-Pay-Sit" compact flow, ensuring that office professionals can navigate the self-selection process seamlessly during the lunch rush. By meticulously refurbishing existing utility networks rather than opting for a full, costly overhaul, we helped the owner strictly control the hard renovation budget while creating a trendy, high-efficiency urban flagship.
